Remote Desktop

So for the first time ever I want to remote desktop from Mac to Mac... how do I do it?

On Windows I know what I'm doing, it's either Start>All Programs>Accessories>Remote Desktop Connection or just run mstsc.exe (can you tell I'm a lifelong Windows user

), but I don't have a clue on Mac!

And then for bonus points... what I want to do today is from Mac to Mac, but how do I remote desktop from Windows to Mac also? I use Remote Desktop Connection that was installed as part of Office 2011 to go from Mac to Windows quite often, but I don't know about the reverse!

lol sorry I meant TeamViewer, dunno what I was thinking about TS for, thats a voice program.
