Hi all

I have a server at home called SERVER, O/S is WHS 2k11.

I've previously been able to connect to this with my work PC by typing the usual \\SERVER\ in explorer. O/S is Win 7.

My company have gone through a Domain migration exercise and I can no longer access shares on my home server when typing in \\SERVER in the usual manner.

I can however ping SERVER from my works PC.

I can also create a share on my works PC and access the share from SERVER and another PC on my network.

I have a feeling that I somehow need to drop the domain details from my login credentials. After browsing the net I found someone suggesting to try SERVER\username however this did not work. Also tried \username and .\username to no avail.

Does anyone have any helpful tips please?

Thank you for your time.

Mike
