Remove 2nd win7 boot option

Hi

Should know how to do this but for the life of me I cannot seem to get it to work.

I have 2 HDD's in a PC both with win 7 on them and a dual boot option. I have now taken one hdd out and I am still let with the boot option and would like to remove it, but cannot seem to find out how.

Anyone here know how.

This may help, although I vaguely remember having trouble with this a few years ago (not Win 7) and ended up reformatting.
