As title, im having a right mare of a time trying to remove this on my card, how in the hell is it done ? I have removed every visible screw and everything is still rock solid attached to the card, i cant even get the fan shroud off?

30 mins of googling have revealed nothing as well :(
 
so far as i can see its a chicken and the egg issue, the fan shroud is screwed on from the underside of the heatsink, i.e. it the whole cooling setup needs to be removed to remove the fan/shroud YET the heatsink is screwed down around the GPU core that I cant unscrew because the heatsink/fan is in the way :( :( :(
