Remove icon Writing?

Hi guys,
I'm in the process of changing icons thanks to the "reflections SRI" pack but I was wondering if there is any way you can remove the writing underneath icons ie. just have the icon and not the writing?
Running Vista Home premium if that's any help

hold ALT, press 0160 (release alt)

FYI also worth noting when doing alt + number combo's you have to use the numpad.

It works fine on the first icon but then on the following it renames them to (2), (3) and so on?

Do them one at a time.

Aren't you effectively trying to rename them to the same name hence the (2) (3)?

Well, I rename the first to 0160, then the following 0160160, but it still changes it to (2)?

do the 0160 release thing (must be numpad, forgot to mention that), then press 'spacebar' on 2, and double spacebar on 3

so..

link1 = alt+0160
link2 = alt+0160 (then space)
link3 = same (double space)

etc
