Remove names with (x) in it

Silly question and easy when you know how...cant find on google somehow...

I have a folder with 10k photos in it...i only want the ones with normal number ie 123 not 123(1) or 123(2)

How do i use windows search to do?...done before but cant rem how.

are you just wanting to find the files without the numbers or are you looking at deleting them?

If you are going to delete them you could just google for free software that looks for duplicate files. It'll scan a folder and remove any duplicates from it.
