Remove water with sucker?

I've starting instaling my watercooling system (simple cpu loop), but i've made a schoolboy error and i've got one of the tubes the wrong way, and one of them is twisted the wrong angle which is causing it to kink!
Unfortuntely i've already filled it with liquid, so i'm wondering the based way to remedy this!
Could i use something like a massive syringe to get the water out of the res, which will eventually empty the rad too i assume?
Or if i don't empty it, could i undo the compression fitting where it's kinked a little and rotate the tubing without water gushing everywhere?

Here's a pic:

Not sure on the best plan of action, but i need to remedy this!

Here's my setup:
XSPC Dual Bay Res/Pump
EK-Supreme HF CPU block
3/8" tubing & barbs
EK 360 rad!

edit: ideally i'd want to remove the top compress fitting, so then i can also move the other tubing which is tangled up and then it will all be untangled, and there'll be no kink! this will teach me for not building the loop inside the pc! (i thought i wouldn't be able to do it as easily so roughly measured the tubes!)

what's the best way to empty it though? i can take off the rad etc easily, the cpu isn't bolted in yet, just trying to think of the best way to do it!

i only placed the block on the cpu to make sure everything was fine, and i found it wasn't :P

yea i've used a 50ml syringe from the res and got 80% of the water out, leaving the rest just in the res and a tiny bit in the cpu block so i can remove the fitting and sort it all out :)

i found a cracking little thing for draining the coolant fae my rig, while looking on amazon.uk i found this handpump with 1m tube at each end,all i do is put 1 end of the tube in my resivour and the other end in the bucket ,it drains my pc in 2minutes and it only cost me a £5,anyone who owns a watercooled pc should have one of these,it saves so much trouble
