(1) Switch off and unplug PC
(2) Take out x1900XT card
(3) Remove heatsink by unscrewing screws and pulling heatsink off gently
(4) attach vf900 and associated ram sinks following zalman's enclosed instructions
(5) Return x1900xt to PC, connect fanmate to psu, set it to quiet
(6) Plug in PC, boot into windows (ensuring fan is running) and enjoy!

Don't worry about the installation, it should be a piece of cake. One piece of advice would be to make sure the glue/TIM on the ram heatsinks has dried before you install the card, as if they fall off then you're in trouble.
