Removing a third part game from steam account

Hi,

I added a retail copy of GTR:Evolution long long time ago to a steam account that I don't use and I don't play the game, so I wanted to remove the key from that account and sell/give the game on, but I can't find anywhere to remove the game and key from that steam account, anyone know if this is possible??

Well it's done to prevent situations such as that in the console market where the second hand games market stops a lot of potential revenue for the publisher/developer.
