Removing a Tuniq Tower Backplate from mobo

HI ,
I am thinking of changing otherboards but I am curious to know is it difficult to remove the backplate from a Tuniq Tower 120 CPU cooler once it has been attached to the motherboard.

If you stuck it on using the little square pad on the backing plate then it's a pig to get off. Get a hairdryer and gently heat the area up around the pad and (gently) pull it away.
