The othjer day, I bought a Dual O/S Tablet. its an ONDA 8" with both Android 4.4.4 and Windows 8.1 with bing.
The thing has 2GB RAM and 32GB storage and this sounds great, however it seems to be 16GB for Android and the other 16GB for Windows and then, after the O/S has taken up its junk, there is or rather was 6GB and 4GB left... I have had a play with windows, and I have installed VNC just to have a keyboard & Mouse for it for a bit while I play about, and its done 26 updates and now I only have 2.7GB left for Windows.... Utterly useless.
The novelty of having a Windows Tablet has worn off however, after all its been a whole 2 days.
Now, the Android looks very poor too, however it is certainly performing a whole deal better and so, I was wondering if its possible for me to kill off the near useless window capabilities of this tablet, and have that storage space fully for Android instead?
Now, what about the other way round? If I keep it as just a window tablet, can I grab the android space for windows to use then?
I already have a couple of other tablets that are Android, so either way, I really dont care either way, but as it is, its incredibly limiting and thats only after one day, and I have only installed VNC as I said and done its own updates and so its disgustingly limiting.
Thanks in advance
