Removing CCC puts my PC in a restart loop

Hey there.
I've ultimately somehow managed to break my drivers (Yay me).
TriXX crashes, games crash, the CCC doesn't even load anymore.

So, I go to remove CCC, which then puts my PC into a restart loop until I use System restore to restore CCC.

Any ideas?
I'm on Windows 7 64 bit Premium using a RAID 0 on Intel V 40GB's.

My only thought is reformatting and restarting, which will be a pain... A large one

Also, if I were to reformat, how would I reactivate my windows?

My CCC's corrupt practically, just refuses to work, I've opted for installing drivers without CCC, didn't work.

Also, my windows is indeed legit lol, got it through the Microsoft Software Alliance.

I can't get into safe mode.
I didn't even know W7 had a safe mode?

EDIT : I'll give that a whack now while my PC's "working".

Use driver cleaner. I had same prob. Load in safe mode and unistall all.

I've tried.
But I'm trying the Safe Mode thing in a minute, just burning me a new W7 disk.

I used Driver cleaner fine a few times.
Guess it really did mess it up lol.

Looks like a reformat is going to happen.
