removing cooler(stuck)

Make sure you have removed the screws from the front (where you put your monitor cable). I did the same on my Titan and was scratching my head for ages :D
 
If you removed all the screws maybe is the thermal paste holding the cooler on the gpu, so you need to twist and pull carefully.
 
I just made sure I'd removed every single screw I could see (on both sides of the board), unclipped the power connector for the cooler, then carefully gave the cooler a little twist left and right and gentally pulled and it popped right off (this was on a very old graphics card tho, NOT a 7950 like you require).
 
There is a screw between pcb of the board and the metal grill part that sicks up perpendicular to the pcb (the bit you can see from the back of the computer). If that screw has been removed then as other have said give it a twist.
