Hi guys sorry if you think I'm wasting your time or moaning...

I know this topic is pretty much covered to death all over the internet, but I'm getting rather confused rather easily.

Links to my web pages currently follow the pattern www.domain.com/page.html

I want this to become www.domain.com/page so that it hides the .html in the address bar of your browser as well.

Can I do this using the .htaccess file? And do I need to change the links in the actual web pages at all, or can they still reference page.html?

Thanks.

Never mind, problem solved, I was editing a htaccess file in a directory but not at the root. *sighs*
