Removing magnetic tags?

Call them and send it back.

Come to think of it, why would a mail order item have a tag on anyway? Do they really trust their staff that little?

It was pretty weird, it came with a coat hanger and a plastic 'coat' over the top, the likes you would expect from a dry cleaner when going to pickup your suit jacket for example. So basically looks like its been lifted off the rack in a store...other than the plastic wrap. Will stick up a pic of the item in question later on, will also add the receipt to stop the theiving calls!

I bought my Ski helmet from Sports Direct a couple of months ago and they left the tag on. I was adament that they were damn near impossibly to get off with out the right equipment. My brother told me shut up, got a hammer and hit it 5 or 6 times and it came right off.

A++++ would recommend this method again!
