Removing Norton PRoduct Key

Does anyone know how to get rid of your product when you uninstall Norton. I've got a new key but when I reinstall and just before activation it comes up with the old key and no choice to input a new key.

Have you tried looking for the old key in the registry? It might be encrypted into another form so you can't make sense of it.

So you could either try inputting the new key through the registry or try deleting the key and restarting Windows and trying again.
