Removing ram coolers

How hard would it be to remove the ram coolers from THIS TYPE of ram, also would it damage the ram?

i want a silent PC and plan on water cooling everything, then i can the just have 4 x 120cm fan on low cooling the rads

dont think it would be that difficult to remove it, although i have nver done it myself.

i know dominator ram coolers are stuck on with epoxy i think that is just some type of tape
