Removing Samsung UI from Galaxy Tab 7

I was wondering if it is possible to remove the Samsung UI from the Galaxy Tab 7 and just have the stock Android software on it?

The Samsung UI seems very childish ... any help would be grateful.

Yeah I could install a different launcher ... I preferred to run it stock with just the vanilla android software.

I take it that it's not possible?!

What's wrong with the Samsung ROM on the tablet? The apps menu is really the only notable difference and a launcher install changes that.

Remember that if you go to a AOSP ROM you lose a lot of the abilities the Hummingbird SoC gives in video. Also the latest Samsung Gingerbread ROM for the tablet is very fast.

Try CM7 its vannilla android but its beta
