Removing scratch from fish tank?

With no experience, is there a easy way to remove or lesson the scratch of a fish tank I bought?

Depending on the depth of scratch , brasso can be used as an abrasive and will take small scratches out

If its the rear of the tank you could put on one of these backdrop/scenery pictures, that would makes it pretty much invisible once there is water in the tank?

Ask a Windscreen Repair guy what they use to 'fix' Windscreen chips and scratches and see if he'll give you some of that for a couple of quid? Or try some clear varnish, is it inside or outside? Might have to be careful what you use inside though.
