Removing tar from paint ?

Cleaned my dturbo today and realised that there are fine specs of black tar all over the car.. mainly on the boot :mad:

the road outside the farm re-surfaced yesterday by the council and I can't complain because they did our drive for us aswell

Whats the best product to try and remove this stuff ?

I was thinking t-cut but I don't want to cut through the laquer, would a claybar do it ?

Its just not the way I do things.. complaining would be a waste of time, knowing the SCC they would probably send a man round with a wire brush..

and I'm pretty sure that the stuff thats on my car is sprayed on the road prior to the tarmac laying, sisters boyfriend says its a sort of adhesive
