Ive got a overclockers bundle if i remove the batt will the oc profile still be there for me to re enable

probably not.

Two ways to wipe CMOS are use the jumper or remove the battery.
Depending on the board this usually loses any saved profiles unless you have a physical file copy.

If you're only clearing the CMOS (via battery or jumpers) then your saved profiles will stay in tact (remain saved) with your setup.

It's only when you flash the BIOS that you lose saved profiles.

By flash you mean updating the bios? because my evga board doesn't lose profiles when I update my bios through flashing.

Yes, i do - most boards lose their saved profiles when flashing the BIOS due to the overwriting process (i.e. flashing to a new BIOS version - not just changing a few settings and then saving and exiting) - it's particularly a problem for OcUK with their overclocked rigs when owners flash/upgrade their BIOS as they lose their clocks and their profiles.

Your board has a quirk/feature i'm not familiar with (never owned an EVGA board) but i woudln't want to use a profile associated with an older BIOS with a newer version - although it would be handy for a reference.
