Removing unwanted PSU Cables

Has anyone ever removed unwanted PSU cables? If so, how did you go about it?

I have a good PSU that has many molex cables etc that i don't or won't ever use. Not sure how to go about removing the cables as my case would be much better with less unwanted cables filling it up!

well, you can desolder them from the psu - you'd have to take it apart first obviously. Or else just sell it and buy a modular psu lol

I would not recomend removing them if the PSU is not modular, I think your best bet is cable ties or some of those akasa velcro straps, used strategicly (tuck stuff out of sight, and where thats not possible strap muliple cables together to stop them cluttering the place up)... can make quite a difference if you if you take a bit of time to plan and re-route cables.
