Hi guys,

I recently purchased a new Solid state drive, and as such I have installed my copy of windows onto it.

I would now like to remove (uninstall ?) my old copy of Win-7 from my other drive, which is now going to be used only for storage.

What is the best way of doing this?

Kind regards,

Josh.

What do you want then?
To preserve files?
Or folders?
Do you think you can smehow retain existing installed programs?

Format will blank everything giving a nice clean drive.
Else delete program files the windows directories and you will regain most of your space.
Need to know exactly what you wish to achieve.

Its mainly images and music that i'd like to keep.

I think I'm just going to back these up and re-format, just thought i'd ask first to see if it was as easy as pressing delete :)
