Hello all,

Apologies for another thread, I'm still getting used to 64bit !

Currently, I have Windows dual booting, so I have the option of going into my 64bit hard drive or my 32bit hard drive.

I ran a Windows Experience Index on my 64bit hard drive and noticed it got the same score as my much older hard drive which house the 32bit. This worried me as it made me think wherever Windows was truly booting from my new HDD or there was a conflict.

As a result, I'm wondering, how do I remove Windows cleanly off my old hard drive and improve my disk transfer rate?

Thanks
Gareth

Most hard drives all your going to get is 5.9 max, except for the newer SSD Hard Drives where you can get a higher score. If you want to break the duel boot, then type MSCONFIG into the OS you want to keep, then delete the other in the boot tab.
