Removing WXdownload

Appears the ex decided to try and watch some crappy TV show and so download the above from something called project free TV???

Anyway I have uninstalled it but am still being plagued by the ad-ware that accompanies it, I cant see anything related to it in add/remove programs and am a little stumped as to what to do to get shut of it all together...


Please help?

First thing I'd do is check what's being started at startup.

Then if necessary manually removing/deleting the offending software by hand (after removing from startup)
