remvong 2 dead pixels

i have a brand new 22" optiquest monitor and it has 2 dead pixels
is there any program that can fix them?
quick help is needed so anything will be welcome
im new to this dead pixel stuff so all help is good

Are they actually dead or are they just stuck as loads of people get the two confused? If it's stuck just rub on it for a bit

If they are dead then they will stay dead, no way to fix them. If they are "stuck" or "lazy" then massaging lightly may work.
