Renaming MP3's software?

Whats the best software to use for renaming MP3's and ID3 tags?

If you're using EAC to rip, setup the FreeDB program with it, and you can automatically tag the tracks.

MusicBrainz, there really is NO other thats any better. Everything else requires much more input and is more hassle (unless its based around the MusicBrainz program like Jakoiz).

Can automatically input album art too if need be

Another vote for MusicBrainz Picard here, main reason I used it is that it gets tag information from a massive online database
