Renaming Music files

Is there anyway to rename all of my music files so that they filename reads:

<TRACKNUMBER> <TITLE>-<ARTIST>

Can I do this through automator?

would like to know a tag management prog on the mac if anyone has any suggestions but i can certainly recommend a way to do this on pc or vmware or whatever...

its called mp3tag (free download)... highlight the files, right click, convert tag to filename and inform the program how you want it to do it (i.e. like you said above) - peice of cake
