After I installed the September 12, 2017, .NET Security and Quality Rollups that apply to the .NET Framework 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, and 4.7, we now experience rendering issues in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) applications that use WPF types in a Windows service.
Microsoft have provided a work around, uninstall the combined security and quality update then roll on the security update only.
Success is limited. Most users still fail to see images in their browser while using affected online tools.
For me, it works via IE and Firefox.
Is there anything local users should be clearing down beyond the standard delete options in IE (with the exception of deleting passwords!).
Weird it's only resolving the issue for a certain number of users. Being server based I though it would be everyone impacted or none at all. Hence the cache question.
Thoughts welcome.
