Renew time! What to upgrade K800i to?

My 12 month contract with Vodafone expires on Wednesday!

It's nice to upgrade, but really haven't really got a clue what to get as I don't really follow the market. I currently have a SE K800i, so the first phone that caught my eye was the K850i with the 5MP camera. But are any of the Nokia's any good at the mo? It's been a while since i owned a Nokia.

I've just rang Vodafone about upgrading to the K850i, after seeing it advertised as free on a £35 12 month contract to new customers....she said it would cost me! I told her that i couldn't be arsed to justify myself & would happily move to another network, to which she wanted to put me through to some department that 'might be able to help me'. After holding for 5 minutes I hung up

Any suggestions?

First suggestion is you stick with Vodafone and haggle them for a good deal - go and look at what else you can get for the money and keep reminding them of the good deals you can get elsewhere, and they'll get you a good deal

Secondly, if you go for a Nokia, have a very good play with it in the store. Personally I'm fed up with Nokias and have just moved to SE, so obviously I'm a little biased towards SE and against Nokia, so all I can say really is make sure you have a good play with the phone before you decide on one. Regarding the K850i though, it's absolutely excellent, and the few faults it does have are greatly exaggerated
