Chaps, in November you kindly spec'd me the following package (I have a monitor, Keyboard, mouse, OS and 1 (maybe 2) 320Gb HDD. So if there is room for an SSD, please consider.

I've been holding on until the sales and just about to buy. Has anything changed since that will get me something better for the price?

The CPU is probably mostly useable, the GPU definitely, basically everything else as well. You might want to do an upgrade of the CPU though, would make a good difference. Maybe an i5 4670k or i7 4770k with the G1 Sniper Z87 Motherboard would be a good bet. Probably want a higher power PSU as lee said, the i5/i7 might take more power and maybe get a 600W for higher headroom should you want to upgrade more :)

The spec in the ops post hasn't been bought yet from my understanding.

Aaah okay I understand, sorry. I think you can get some slightly quicker RAM for that price, though don't quote me on that and it doesn't make all that much difference anyway. Lee's PSU he found would be a better alternative, and you can save a couple of quid on getting the OcUK DVD RW (made by Samsung I heard?)

Yeah, don't buy those though, at that time I didn't realise you didn't already have that spec - it'll put you like £200 over budget.
