Renewing Graphics Card with OEM Vista installed

Guys,
I will be installing vista OEM 64 bit on Tuesday, cant wait.
Do you think later on down the line when I decide to get a new dx10 graphics card, that I wont have to get a new OEM copy.
It is only a motherboard change aint it, oh please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You only need to buy a new Vista OEM when you get a new motherboard.
