Been really looking to play GTA4 but just don't have the funds to buy a 360 or a PS3 so I'm just wondering if there's anywhere in the Essex area that I can rent an actual 360/PS3 console for a week or two? Searched high and low on google but found nothing.

I would say your best bet is to buy a 360 arcade, a quick look shows that they're £150 which is just stunning value for money.
Nope, stopped once consoles got expensive. We get £40 disks stolen never mind a £300 console.
You are entitled to return your goods under the distance selling act or the sales of goods act for a full refund providing the goods are in a AS RECIEVED condition and within return period. ie if it was bought sealed then it returned as such.
The only way you cn return an unwanted open item over the internet is if it does not meet the requirements as advertisied on the website IIRC.
