I'm moving to Belfast at the end of the month (company relocation) and will be staying in the company flat for a couple of months 'til I find my own place.
Does anyone have any advice on renting unusual properties, like abandoned warehouses or water towers, or old churches or whatnot?
As long as there is hot and cold running water, maybe some heating and it's dry, I don't mind the state of the place. I'm not after some modern conversion with wood floors, stainless steel kitchen etc etc.
I suppose buying is more likely to get you this sort of thing, since rented properties tend to be ready-to-go, huh?
