Renting films for a week on android, without streaming

Im thinking of taking my Note on holiday so the kids can use it for games. Is it possible to rent films for a week and download them before I leave? I don't think I will have wifi when on holiday and I would prefer to avoid roaming charges while abroad for.watching streamed films.

Im still stuck in the land of physical DVDs so this is new to me.
