repair windows how??

yesturday when i turned my pc on its said theres a missing file and i need to put in windows disk and click r so i done that. It doesnt seem to repair it automatically it looks like i got to put in some commands but what??

Its done this twice so far but it doesnt do it all the time.

ive just found on the net a program called registry mechanic and its highly recommended would that sort my problem.

edit: ive just downlaoded the free trial and ran it and it found 420 errors it only fixed 33 of them cause it said the trial cant fix them all so i might register.
