Repair Windows

Hi,

I have a problem and everytime I start pc it throw up a error cant remeber what but only thing I notice not working correctly are the theme within windows. So I have tried using the neowin patch same thing happens. Is there a software I can use to scan windows and repair it properly Free hopefully as I dont want to do a Reinstall of windows as of yet as dont want to have to go through it all as my pc does run very fast it just this little problem

Your Windows CD has a repair option, when you go to do a fresh reinstall, it will detect that you already have a version of windows on, then it will ask you if you want to repair it, or do a fresh install.
