This is a two part question really:
1.Outlook 2000 keeps on crashing, it only crashes when i go to 'tool' then 'customise'. I've done a 'detect and repair' which never worked, i then uninstalled it, and reinstalled again, that didn't work either. Outlook has all the latest patches and im out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions?
2. I just remembered that its possible to repair windows xp from within xp. From what i remember, you go to 'start' then 'run', then type in a command. It checks all the important files, and if any are corrupt, it replaces them with the original from the XP CD. Trouble is, i've forgotten the command that you type. Anyone know it?
Cheers
