repalcement knee sliders

Hi

I've been looking at some used 2 piece Dainese leather suits and it says that the knee sliders are worn. How does it work with replacement knee sliders? How do they join to the suit?

Usually just strong velcro and any race shop will sell them. I use Wiz ones and they last pretty well
