Repeating Background Trouble

Hey, as you can see here http://crispyduck.net/ my background isn't one big straight line. It's quite jaggered. All I did was make a 10x10 image in PS, fill the BG in grey and made a straight black line from corner to corner.

Any ideas? Cheers.

It looks like you've used a round brush in Photoshop so that the very bottom left and top right corners are missing their corners.
