Hi guys, been on wireless networking for about 2 years now, got through a few routers and about 3 different PCI cards. My brothers quite happily using his laptop on the internet with no problems, I how ever am not.
I recently reformatted due to a PC running lower than it should. Its a fairley new C2D build. Every so often, the computer will freeze up for about 20 seconds and then return to normal, this has stopped happening as of late.
My computer keeps dropping the wireless signal. Ive brought a new antenna but its still done it twice. There also seems to be problems with xbox live but i dont think they are related.
Its a netgear WPN311 wireless pci card and a linksys router.
Ive tried the latest drivers but no luck. May try rebooting/reseting the router if it persists.
Any other suggestions?
