Replace 4pin fan for a 3pin fan for CPU?

Hi,

I have Akasa Amber fan here and want to replace the fan thats on my ice heatsink in my shuttle but it has a 4pin connector(not 4pin molex like on PSU, but same as a normal 3pin fan connector but 4pins) Is there an adapter available for this at all or is there no other way of fixing this fan to the shuttle?
