Hi, I have an old SLI setup, it is bulletproof stable - but struggling to run much above 20FPS on anything above low res in modern games, specifically: World-of-Tanks !
And, Sanctum, CoH, Stardrive, StarTrek online.

I would like to know....which card (or cards) to replace mine with on a budget of ~£100, bearing in mind the rest of my gamerig.
If I would be better served changing something else as well or instead I don't mind but the total spend can't be more than £100. [It doesn't have to be an SLI replacement, I'm happy with a single card if it gets the results]

...the SLI which is now struggling and needs replacing is:

7900GT. A blast from the past.

A 650ti would be your best bet I reckon. Probably 3 of 4 times the performance of your existing setup in a single card. Maybe more actually.
I don't see the point in getting anything better than that as your CPU is going to be the limiting factor then.
