So how long before a single card can out preform my 7950s?

They overclock really well but I already feel the itch and can't get a 3rd without upgrading my psu.

Will a single 8970 beat my cards? I'm guessing not.

Thanks in advance.

I have a bad feeling that AMD might announce new cards at Computex. I say a bad feeling as ive just got 7950 crossfire, which might yet get DSR'd if thats the case. Considering 7950 crossfire comfortably beats a titan i'd be surprised if AMD have a single card coming before the end of the year that can beat a titan, yet alone 7950 crossfire.

Lol wouldn't it be worse if the cards don't get announced and get released in Q3 anyway? That way it would cost you even more to upgrade. I'm seriously considering giving my 7950 to my brother and upgrading myself depending on which rumoured card is the real thing...

That would be just my luck. :p

A pair of 7950's is got to be worth what, £300+ on the flea market?

That's has to be the most painful chunk toward an 8/9970.
