Replace HD 7850 with GTX 650Ti then SLI?

After getting a GD245HQ 120hz 3D ready monitor I've been wanting 3D! I've been using the Tridef trial with old green/purple glasses, I'm surprised how good it looks even with those, so now I want more, which I can only get with a Nvidia card.

I've been considering getting a GTX 650Ti 2GB and selling my HD 7850 2GB to recover most of the cost, then in a few months or so, probably longer, get another 650Ti for SLI.

I'd love to go for a 670, or 660 at least, but can't afford that amount, even £130 odd for a 650Ti is pushing it and only an option because selling the 7850 will cover most of it.

The other option is to stick with what I have, forget about 3D and enjoy 1080 120hz goodness with the 7850, then get a 660/670 late this year/early next year.

What to do?

I don't believe they are SLI compatible. I have looked at the Boost cards and it doesn't say in the description at all and I can't see the SLI connector points on the cards I looked at.

Best to ask in the EVGA thread Rob for absolute confirmation or hopefully someone will have one and reply.

Personally I wouldn't want to SLI those 650's anyways and would rather go for a single 670 (same price). I gamed with some very good settings back in the day on one of my 3D monitors and a 560Ti. Seeing the grunt that is required with modern games, a 660Ti would be my minimum and recommended would be a 670.
