Replace the 8800GTS (G92) Cooler?!?

Ive got an Asus 8800 GTS (G92) that I need to put into a new system, but Ive been reading the fan might be loud.

Is that correct and is it worth me replacing it with another cooler? The new PC should be quiet (P5Q Deluxe, TRUE and Raptor) so Id like it to stay that way...

Personally ive found the g92 gts to be a pretty quiet card, i have the fan running on mine at 60% most of the time and its barely audible, only occasions ive ramped it up were for benchmark runs in 3dmark06, crysis bench etc.
