Replace the liberty

Can't find any 650W Liberty model from Enermax, so kinda wonder what model that is.
But suspect problem is those artificial current limiters marketing misleadingly calls rails, if problem is PC shutting down in games.

It's no wonder if there are problems.
In PC tech terms that's Roman Empira era design and at most 450W PSU by any even remotely modern standards.

Even AWT-ECO models would be completely medieval.

Also capacitors of those weren't that great, so likely spewing out way above ATX spec tolerance ripple etc.
And Vega's power likely makes voltage regulation go cartwheeling assuming there's no instant shut down from Vegas power draw spikes triggering that 22A artificial current limit.
