Currently I have the Logitech Z-560 4.1 speakers. They've served me well for four years or so but the sub is starting to rattle and the control pod and a couple of the satellites are getting a bit temperamental, so I'm looking for an upgrade.
So I have ~£200 to spend on some new speakers, preferably loud and 5.1. Has anyone gone from the 560 to the 5500 - is there a noticeable improvement when playing music? Also, is there a better option in this price range than the 5500s, considering my usage will be 80% music with the rest DVDs and games?
I know some of you always recommend separates systems over PC speakers. I'll happily consider an amp+speakers combo, but it does have to be cheap and not way underpowered compared to the Logitech stuff
