My replacement Asus 7970 Matrix platnium arrived today and it was micro stuttering on all my games. After hours of testing different drivers and setting, turn out it was GPU Tweak causing it.

This is my first time I order with overclockers and it so happen that my first order was a faulty card. RMA process was quick (under a week) and I have to say it was one of the most stressfree process I had with RMAing Computer componets ever!

Thank you ocuk, would be shopping here for my next rig!
 
Glad you got it sorted :) OCUK returns / customer service is one of the best currently, they've come a long way from a few years ago.
