Replaced Motherboard - Do I need to Install OS?

Basically motherboard went kaput, got sent a replacement motherboard, it is the same model, my question is do I need to re install the OS? Also the CPU is the same.

I doubt you would have to reinstall the os. Ive done the same in the past when replacing a failed board with the same model.

No if it's the same board your good to go just make sure you setup your bios correctly

Might have to re-install Network drivers, but if your running Windows then it should do it automatically.

No the OS is on the HHD/SSD so you just need to set the HHD/SSD as your boot drive in the BIOS.
